Q: How are my items shipped?

Items are packaged and shipped via Canada Post / Canada Post Expedited International. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but expect your order to be shipped and notification of tracking codes 4-6 days after your order placement. If you require special shipping, please get in touch before placing your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. We are not responsible for any taxes or customs fees applied to shipments. If VAT/VST is necessary in your country, expect to pay them upon receiving the print.

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, a discount can be arranged for bulk orders to interior designers and art galleries. Please get in touch.

Q: How long do your prints last?

The archival inks and papers that we use are are expected to last 75+ years without fading under normal indoor lighting conditions.
